Episodes 2016: A poetic calendar leave behind
This calendar concept is intended to show off my illustration skills in a format that is functional and interesting. Each monthly card contains a segment of a poem relating to the month which is then illustrated. As an example, the poem for the month of March refers to the lids of Juno’s eyes, a Roman goddess who was always associated with a peacock.
The title “Episodes” is simply a a play on the breakdown of the larger word — Epis Odes.
The diecuts for this self-promo were uniquely designed for the project.
